Hi

Here is a link for a charity which supports people with criminal records and is ran by reformed offenders. I prefer to use this term as I believe it does not hold such a negative contamination as does ex-offender! I have found User voice in successfully  supporting people who want to refrain from criminality and move forwards with their life in a positive manner.
