This should be used to finally fine and prosecute people that over use it and abuse the system, either that or stop access to the PNC record peroid, by law the police should have only that access anyhow, anything else is discrimination and bullying and breaking the law! 218

	Information Commissioner Christopher Graham is to investigate the deal struck in 2010 between the police and the RSPCA. Under the agreement with the Association of Chief Police Officers (Acpo), a private company, the RSPCA can request a criminal record check, paying Acpo at least £35 per search. Maybe UNLOCK should start an official FOI request to the ACPO just to see who else can see what we have done in the past for £35. Come on CS, instead of posting Daily Mail articles, give us some meat to really chew over !! 0

	Don't kid yourself Mr Stig The RSPCA's Revenue for 2011 was £116 Million Pounds !. In 2012 the RSPCA was criticised by a judge after spending a ‘staggering’ £326,000 on a magistrates’ court prosecution against the Heythrop Hunt In 2013 the RSPCA revealed that its chief executive, Gavin Grant, is paid £160,000 a year, 45% more than his predecessor, even though the animal charity’s income from donations is falling. I am sure that £35 each for ACPO check's is just a mere drop in the Ocean... 0

Some how i can not see the RSPCA paying Acpo for criminal records checks as they are a charity and will not afford it. We all accept our crimes but should we be punished more for it? 	And so it goes on; business as usual. There will be an inquiry, it will be stoped, only to re-start in a different secretive way when the fuss has died down. Or is that my pessimism taking over again. My point is, why are we all so surprised? 0
