If I am applying for an enhanced DBS for adult workforce only does this also include if I am barred on adult or children's lists on my certificate?

In short yes, A enhanced DBS will reveal barring.

Enhanced DBS is accompanied with enhanced CRB

An Enhanced CRB will show un-spent, spent convictions, cautions, PNC information on you. This will show.

Cruicky, an enhanced DBS will show ALL convictions, barrings and any other run-ins with the CPS you may have had.
