Worrying update on their T's and C's:
Premier Inn reserves the right to decline or cancel reservations made and stays in progress by those who have previously breached these terms and conditions (as may be updated from time to time), whether the reservation is in that name or not.
We don’t knowingly allow anyone to use or visit our hotels who is a convicted sex offender or subject to the notification requirements of the Sexual Offences Act 2003, or subject to a Sexual Risk Order or Child Abduction Notice. 

That looks like a ban for life even if you're on the register. How many others will follow suit?

Not denying that a OM might take themselves to ask you where you are staying and so warn you about the T&C's but at the moment unless a SHPO stops you, why would a OM know where you was staying as long as you do not break the "duration" notification rules?

As a side note the Police when creating my original SOPO conditions wanted to have me notify them of my location every night I did not stay at my residence. Also for me to notify commercial management ie hotel managers.

I argued that in a "hotel" you are not in a shared accommodation and as such would place me at risk. The Judge agreed with me and it was removed

From a company perspective, do you not think this is just another company trying to present themselves as a "safe space" to stay? Marketing helps profits!!
