Any criminal records?

Hi everyone,

I am in the process of applying for a flat in a build to rent property in England.

We actually own a property in Scotland where I have lived since 2018 and do not have a mortgage.

The reason for the short rental is

Hello,

Wasn't too sure where to put this but i have been looking for places to rent and noticed at a few estate agents having a nice big box on the application forms stating "criminal convictions".

Now i am aware the through refer

Can anybody help i am a private tenent, not sure if i have to wtell my landlord about my criminal conviction. Please help x
