As my offence was classed as a Sexual Offence, will this kind of record always go against me or can I get back to being able to apply for jobs in retail or hospitality again? I'm just so afraid of judgement and rejection. I mean, I heard that the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act doesn't even apply to Sexual Offences! My offence was (given the actual "sentence" part) spent 18 months ago, but because I'm on SOR for another 18 months it isn't.
