If its a limited company then you do not need to give this information,

for anything eles you do, but only your details you dont need to give the details of the other person if a joint account

Hi does anyone know if there would be a problem getting a business bank account with a S.O. The offence was for images.

One more thing If you go the limited company route the address you provide will be publicly available if that’s something that worries you there are companies that offer mail forwarding with a company formation.

I’ve done this recently no problem at all the only thing to worry about is are you doing it as a self Employed business or a limited company if you do it as a limited company you don’t need to tell the police about the bank account as the company is it’s own legal person if you go self Employed you need to notify them. I would recommend tide for easy of use and setting up or if you’ve got a personal account with a high street bank you could try them.
