Bail

Im due to answer my bail in just under 2 weeks, this is my first bail attendance but was told by my Solicitor and the police it would probably get changed and shiuld receive a letter a couple weeks before the date, ive still not received a letter so far, anyone have any personal advice on when they had their bail extended?

As I mentioned until you recieve notification one way or another "ALWAYS" err on the cautious side and adhere to your conditions.

Hi
First you must still adhere to whatever conditions that were in your bail conditions as they do not expire even if they do not send a letter.

I had the same problem as I was on bail for 2 years and each time they did not send letters on time.

If your cinical then you could say they are testing you ie you break them becuase you think they have expired.
