Would surely update the house as soon as ...online tracking and the registered body suggests its ready still waiting though

I really doubt very much that this will be disclosed on your DBS. If it is and you need any help with trying to get it removed, give our helpline a call.

Hi

It's really unlikely that a community resolution order or PND would be disclosed on enhanced check. For the police to disclose this as 'additional information' it has to be relatively recent and very relevant to the job that you have applied for.

As the DBS Certificate would be sent to you, then in the unlikely event that it is disclosed, you can apply to the police and ask them to reconsider. There are details of this process on our Information Hub - https://hub.unlock.org.uk/knowledgebase/local-police-information-2/.

Try not to worry too much, as I said previously, its highly unlikely to be disclosed.

Hi all just wondering if anyone had a community resolution order or PND disclosed on an enhanced check. And since the filtering does not officially cover this what are the chances of not having them disclosed by the police for much longer periods than would have been covered by filtering
