We've been informed that the judgement in the Supreme Court of T is due to be handed down Wednesday morning. It is due at 9.45am, and will be available via the Supreme Court TV system.

This was an appeal by Government to the Court of Appeal ruling.

Since that original ruling, the DBS has introduced the filtering process, which we expect the Court to refer to when making it's judgement.

At this stage, it's difficult to know what the judgement will be, but we're not expecting and significant changes to the filtering process.

Moving forward, once this judgement is available, we'll be looking closely at it to see what steps can be taken to push for the filtering process to go much further and help more people with convictions.
