What is the exact wording in your tenancy agreement around disclosing?

Hi

I was asked this and on investigating it was because of a clause in their buildings insurance policy and so they sometimes have to disclose. It happened to me when I purchased a flat as was in the leasehold agreement. In this case the clause is just being passed down.

We all know what insurance companies are like.

Society suggests I must let go of all my expectations but I disagree, as whilst I have a voice, I have hope.

Learn from yesterday, live for today, hope is for tomorrow else what is left if you remove a mans hope.
