I hope some correct me but a cursory glance at this it actually looks like your employer shouldn't be keeping data about any convictions regardless.

The full answer would be though, "It depends", I guess. If it's a small family owned then more people are likely able to have access. If it's a huge company like say Tesco or Lidl or something there will be much stricter guidelines and it'll like only be management and HR that are allowed to see without your permission.

Hi. I have a S.O for images.
I'm fortunate to have a zero hours job.
Lately there have been some promotions in various areas at work and I wonder who has access to my offence information?
Is it just the high management staff or would admin/office etc have it?
