Hey Everyone!

So first time post here.

I am trying to obtain a visa for US and they have requested my court documents from 18 years ago before they make a decision. The court have asked that I give them a specific date in order for them to find the documents.

This I totally understand of course, but the problem is I have no idea what date it was and just cannot remember. I have no paperwork from that date I have asked friends and family and it just seems that I will never find the date.

I live abroad now and so it makes it all the more difficult to get information. I have tried thelawpages but it does not seem to work as i can never get a confirmation mail to get into the site.

Doed anyone have any ideas? Will the police tell me if I ask what info they have on me and pay them 10gbp?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Yes, it shows everything that is on the PNC. There is a picture of what is shown on the link that Doug (and I) posted.

You should be able to apply online but they may not send you the information if you live abroad. I'm not sure if there is a distinction with regards to whether you are in an EU country or not.

Good luck

Hi.
You can apply for a subject access request, which will give details of your criminal record with dates.
Attached is the address to the Unlock Hub Page which leads to the Subject Access Request page, giving details of how you can apply for it.
Hope this helps.
