Virgin has just launched a business toolkit to advise other employers on the merits of hiring former offenders.

It talks through Virgin Trains experience as an employer, which has been quite focused on specific programmes they have working directly with prisons and probation areas. It also looks at their broader mainstream recruitment methods.

For anybody that's interested, you can download the toolkit here.
