Great news from the Justice Secretary earlier this week about the granting of posthumous pardons for approximately 50,000 gay and bisexual men convicted of sexual offences which have now been decriminalised. 

The news also means that any living people who apply and successfully get their conviction ‘disregarded’ with also receive a pardon.
