Its not all bad news then, it seems that prisoners may be given a higher level of respect in prison with a stronger emphasis on rehabilitation after reading this Sky new story today. Lets hope this becomes the norm.

I spent a few months at a prison where you could lock your own cell from inside or outside but staff could override it. I also had a phone in my cell. Unfortunately, I engaged with the system and behaved too well so they sent me to Cat D and all that disappeared.
