Hi everyone, I can find tons and tons of stuff to do with getting a restraining order issued against someone but almost next to nothing about being the subject of an order and what happens prior to being issued.  I would be grateful for any signposting, resources, points of contact, etc., which describes this procedure.  The reason for asking is that I don't think the order made against me was issued correctly but until I have some factual information or guidance I can't be sure.  Thanks for any suggestions.
