I received a letter when I was convicted and told they were considering putting me on both barred lists. I successfully represented myself and was not placed on either list.

Is it what to write to them that you are struggling with?

Does anyone have experience of making a representation in response to a 'minded to bar' letter from DBS where they are minded to add me to one/both of their barred lists?
