ive been away from here for a while as things between me and my ex wife are good, i see my son often.

since my last post, my bail conditions are lifted but im still under investigation while my devices are checked, my laptop has come back clear.
i feel like i made a mistake in getting my ex wife to contact social services as i never had any contact with them, they have closed the case but advise i stick to the same conditions i had on my bail and to contact them once this all comes to an end as things are,
i asked if i still needed to contact them if im released with no further action by the police and they said yes, but anyway....
since the arrest ive no used any chatrooms etc still, im focused on my son and work when im not with him, ive leant a lot about myself also, i really was not in a good place before all this, for many years but thing for now are really good, i do get a little down when i think of what could be at some point.

sorry i ramble on with things

this site and LFF really has helped in the early days and would recommend both.
