Hi
I am lucky enough to own my own flat and also a share in the freehold. This means the other owners and myself are answerable only to ourselves. Sounds great but it lacked direction and therefore building maintenance was not been undertaken, so I and an other owner took on roles as directors. This has been great in get things done but I've made the mistake of asking about "Directors Indemnity" Insurance, or in simpler terms what insurance is in place to stop anyone suing the directors for any of various reasons.
Now to the reason for this topic.
The agent we use for day to day stuff has organised this and sent me the policy; and of course there is a clause in it that you have to declare any offences not related to motoring.
I'm going to look into this as mine is spent but do I have to declare?
Interested to hear from others in this situation as obviously I do not wish to declare.
Society suggests I must let go of all my expectations but I disagree, as whilst I have a voice, I have hope.
Learn from yesterday, live for today, hope is for tomorrow else what is left if you remove a mans hope. ------------------------------
